The casting when rebuilding the engine the crankshaft rear bearing filler block was completely broken and after 6 mounts of scouring the web and talking to people the general consensus was that I would have to get one made. So after mention this to a club member he said that he had some casting equipment and if we wanted could have a go at casting the piece.

placing the vent holes We found that old pistons from a volvo truck worked better that the aluminum ingots.
